Feed ingredients producer Corbion has its eye on the larger global food market, and as industry trends paint an optimistic picture for plant-based foods, the company is taking strides towards bringing its microalgae-based ingredients to more product categories.
Last week, Corbion announced a new partnership with Nestle, launching into the first stage of research into the development of microalgae-based ingredients for plant-based food products.
