The replacement of Mowi CEO Alf-Helge Aarskog with company CFO Ivan Vindheim was not surprising, analysts told IntraFish this morning, especially after Aarskog spent "almost 10 years at the top."
"For the company, it is not so important, since the strategy is firm and both the new CEO and the new CFO were recruited internally," said Christian Olsen Nordby, analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux.
Analyst Knut-Ivar Bakken of Danske Bank told IntraFish that the shift represents continuity.
