Chilean salmon production and processing operations are returning to normal following weeks of civil unrest that saw the industry running well below capacity.
The sigh of relief from the Chilean industry is almost audible from overseas after a wretched near three week period for the industry that saw six Chilean salmon processing plants paralyzed in Quellon by protest actions .
Among those affected plants, some were running intermittently, others were partially working.
