The discovery of a cold water mass 60 kilometers off the east coast of China gave oil and gas company Neptune Offshore Engineering an idea. An idea that will, in four years time, see 21,000 metric tons of Chinese-farmed Atlantic salmon injected into the domestic, Korean and Japanese markets.
And the executive managing the project is fairly sure his won't be the only company getting in on the act.
