The legal team of former Bumble Bee CEO Chris Lischewski is hitting back at the US Department of Justice (DOJ) for its proposal to use evidence concerning Bumble Bee and Lion Capital that his lawyers say is "outweighed by unfair prejudice."

Lischewski wants the court to throw out "five previously-undisclosed exhibits consisting of complicated financial models produced by Bumble Bee’s owner Lion Capital, and a new witness named Jeff Chang from Lion Capital to testify about those exhibits," according to a complaint filed with the court on Oct.
