Spanish seafood canning giant Jealsa plans to open a new BRL 100 million (€21.9 million/$24.2 million) canning factory in Brazil's northeastern state of Ceara.
The tuna and sardine processing plant is part of a five-year investment that will create 750 direct and thousands more indirect jobs, the Ceara state government said on its website.
