With the upcoming promotion from marketing director of frozen food giant Bird's Eye to general manager of parent company Nomad Food's UK operations, Steve Challouma has plans for continuing the growth of the company's frozen fish and seafood business, but competition will always be in the way.

"Bird's Eye is in a good place and the driver of what got us there is a very consistent and focused strategy and my vision is to continue that strategy, to continue to drive what has made us a success in the last three to four years," Challouma told IntraFish.
