The London High Court rejected a request by Vitaly Orlov, co-owner of Russian fishing giant Norebo, asking for his former business partner Alexander Tugushev to pay the costs for the recent applications on an indemnity basis.

On July 26, the court quashed a freezing order against Orlov during a hearing related to the ongoing debate over a stake in Norebo worth £1.2 billion (€1.3 billion/$1.5 billion).

The judge rejected the costs application, filed by Orlov on July 31, and said all costs would be worked out at the end of the full trial, a spokesperson representing Tugushev told IntraFish.
