The enormity of the work it will take to expand IFFO RS into multi-species fisheries is mind-boggling, but for Executive Chair Libby Woodhatch, the time is right.
A year into the role at the marine ingredient responsible sourcing standard, Woodhatch is excited about what lies ahead.
"Someone has to do it, and if anyone can do it, it's us," she said of the "fantastic" six-person team she works with at the UK-based organization.
