Acme Smoked Fish's Brooklyn, New York, factory produces hot-smoked seafood and cooked food products, as well as houses the company's headquarters. It produces 150,000 pounds of processed products every week, which will double when the current factory is replaced by a newer, bigger facility in 2021.
