Iceland Seafood International (ISI) on Tuesday announced it acquired Irish fresh seafood group Oceanpath.
Under the terms of the deal, ISI will take a 67 percent stake in the group, while Oceanpath management will retain the remainder.
Oceanpath is the leading fresh fish company in Ireland, selling product under the Dunn's of Dublin brand.
ISI expects revenues in the current financial year from Oceanpath of around €33 million ($40.8 million) to €35 million ($43.3 million), generating normalized pre-tax profit of €1.8
