American Seafoods board members Humphreys, Decker are out amid private equity executive's takeover attempt

The two executives have a long history in the seafood industry, including formerly leading High Liner Foods, Icicle Seafoods, and most recently, Bregal-backed Blue Harvest Fisheries.
