Klaas Puul owner Sykes Seafood acquires assets of UK shellfish supplier The Big Prawn Co.

Together with Sykes Seafood, Klaas Puul and Ruskim, the deal for Big Prawn Co. creates a $550 million pan-European, shrimp-focused seafood business.
