Acme Smoked Fish, the largest smoked seafood company in the United States, fought through a difficult 2022, during which the cost of salmon, the primary raw material for much of its product line, rose to never-before-seen levels.

Despite the challenges, the company continued to experience growth, and invested in both the operational side of the business, as well as into sustainability and career development initiatives.
