Three days have been set aside in the Oslo District Court in April next year for a dispute between Norway-based logistics company DB Schenker and salmon producer Grieg Seafood.

The logistics company is suing the salmon farmer after payment was withheld in a dispute over liability for a shipment of fish that spoiled and had to be disposed.

"This applies to demands for payment for performed agent assignments in connection with airfreight from Belgium to China," the Oslo District Court confirmed to IntraFish.
