Dalnee, a group owned by close associates of Russian tycoon Roman Abramovich, sold off its holdings in a Sakhalin-based fisheries company to pollock giant Gidrostroy.

Efim Malkin and Irina Panchenko, who have both worked under Abramovich, sold off their 50 percent stake in fisheries company Poronay to seafood company Sakhalin Island, a division of Gidrostroy, according to Russia’s Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRUL).

Gidrostroy, which is owned by Alexander Verkhovskiy, is Russia's second-largest pollock producer behind Russian Fishery Company.
