Gen Z, born between 1997 and 2012, includes people currently between nine and 24 years old. There are approximately 68 million Gen Zers currently in the US alone. By comparison, the baby-boomer generation peaked at around 78 million in 1999, but is continually shrinking and is now about 70 million strong.
