Spanish seafood giant Nueva Pescanova said it is deploying a duel strategy for its aquaculture operations aimed at driving growth through technology and a search for new species.
The first strand of that strategy is to continue to produce turbot and shrimp in the most efficient and predictable way, Nueva Pescanova CEO Ignacio Gonzalez told IntraFish at the recent Seafood Global Expo trade fair in Barcelona.
