Norwegian ozone and oxygen specialist Redox has acquired oxygen and nitrogen systems supplier Norluft to strengthen its position within closed aquaculture systems.
Redox is 52 percent owned by Oslo-based Bluefront Equity and counts Nova Sea owner Aino Olaisen and former Mowi CEO Alf-Helge Aarskog among its board members.
“Our ambition is to become the leading supplier of cost-efficient ozone and oxygen solutions to the seafood industry," said Redox Managing Director Jonas Bergman.
"The acquisition of Norluft fits perfectly with this strategy, both technologically and geographically."
