Newly formed shellfish giant Atlantic Sustainable Catch on Monday named board director and partner Jordan Mazzetta its new chief executive officer.
Atlantic Sustainable Catch was formed following the acquisition of scallop giant Northern Wind by US private equity firm ACON Investments, which it combined with Canadian suppliers Suncoast Seafood Inc. and Raymond O’Neill & Son Fisheries Ltd.
Mazzetta has spent nearly his entire career in the seafood industry.
