UK seafood giant Young’s 'reviewing' supply chain after Russia invasion of Ukraine

Young’s Seafood, the United Kingdom’s largest seafood processor, is reviewing its supply chain in light of Russia's war in Ukraine, a spokesperson told IntraFish.

The processor currently purchases some fish caught by Russian vessels in the Barents Sea and Northwest Pacific.

"We are reviewing our supply chain and liaising with government and other parties to ensure we can continue to deliver sustainably sourced seafood in an appropriate way," the spokesperson told IntraFish.
