Norwegian salmon farmer Grieg Seafood is partnering with a Broodstock Capital-owned seafood software and analytics company to help manage its supply chain.
Norway-based Maritech will help Grieg move the company's purchase and sales processes to the cloud.
Cloud computing involves the use of remote servers to store data and provide related computing services to large numbers of users.
The software will provide a complete overview, with tracking and control throughout the entire value chain of Grieg’s Norwegian and Canadian operations.
