Atlantic Sapphire board member Runar Vatne on Friday acquired 247,222 shares worth approximately NOK8.5 million (€873,767/$1 million) in the troubled land-based salmon producer.
The purchase was made through his wholly owned Vatne Equity firm.
Following the transaction, Vatne Equity now holds 4.8 million shares in Atlantic Sapphire, 5.3 percent of outstanding shares.
