Magnus Roth, the Swedish magnate who built up the Atlantic cod harvesting and processing giant Ocean Trawlers -- now known as Norebo -- has won a ruling in Norway against social media giant Facebook in an effort to get a page removed that Roth and his attorneys dubbed a "smear campaign."

Roth, whose partnership with Russian magnate Vitaly Orlov and Alexander Tugushev in 1997 created one of the most powerful whitefish suppliers in the globe, was the target of an anonymous page, "The Magnus Roth Investigation," which made a litany of allegations against the notoriously media-shy executive.
