Atlantic Sapphire Chief Financing Officer and Managing Director Karl Oystein Oyehaug on Tuesday bought shares in the company as it struggles to re-gain investor confidence.

Oyehaug purchased 5,550 shares in the group worth NOK 199,000 ($22,934/€19,541), in the wake of a devastating fire at the group's Danish land-based salmon farming facility last week.

Svein Taklo, chief development and infrastructure officer, also purchased shares in the group Tuesday.
