Despite the Federal Court of Canada granting an injunction, Norwegian salmon farming giant's subsidiary Mowi Canada West is still unable to transfer $26 million (€21.9 million) worth of fish to its Phillips Arm site as part of its Discovery Islands phaseout by next year.

Canada's Fisheries Minister Bernadette Jordan, who announced the phaseout in the key salmon farming region late last year after consulting with First Nations groups, is continuing to stall the transfer, denying the company's original application for a transfer license on March 31.
