Germany’s frozen whitefish industry has been in turmoil for years due to razor-thin margins and more recently Pickenpack’s bankruptcy -- but industry watchers see some light at the end of the tunnel.

Trident's move into the country and the now confirmed closure of the Pickenpack Luneburg facility could bring some relieve to processors.
