The western Norwegian legal firm Stemre is organizing the sale, attorney Tom Stemre confirmed, though he wasn’t giving anything away about the price.
“I can only confirm that a process is under way, but nothing is final in regard to an acquisition," he told IntraFish. "There will be no further comment given from us until a final agreement is in place, and we certainly never comment on rumors.”
In June 2009, IntraFish reported a change of generation was about to happen as the three founders were due to go off with their pensions.
