Sushi brand Yo! Sushi has landed a contract with retailer Co-op to supply its new food store in Moorgate, London, which will be a "convenience store" catering to consumers looking for fresh food.
The deal includes a range of over 10 sushi products, including salmon rolls and salmon deluxe sushi packs.
Co-op previously launched two other "on the go" format stores in Mancheter and London.
The sushi brand has been widening its UK distribution in the past months. Last week, Yo! Sushi also announced a rollout at over 300 Sainsbury's stores in the UK, including fresh sushi and other Japanese dishes.
