The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has released a bid solicitation for 380,000 pounds of frozen catfish fillets to be used for the agency's National School Lunch program and other Federal Food and Nutrition Assistance Programs in Idaho and Missouri.
The solicitation applies to companies with 1,000 or fewer employees as part of small business bid. Deliveries will be made between October and November.
The offers are due to the USDA by Aug.
