The United Kingdom retained its position as the leading market for Norwegian frozen cod exports in February.

Norway exported 5,723 metric tons of frozen cod worth NOK 335 million (€29.2 million/$31.7 million) during the month, according to the latest figures from the Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC).

The export volume rose 10 percent, while the value increased 14 percent compared with the same month a year ago.
