Seafish, a public trade association supporting the UK seafood industry, has made several new appointments to its board.
Michael Sheldon has been appointed as Seafish chair. He has more than 20 years of experience in the agri-food industry. Formerly deputy chair of Seafish, he is also board member on the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (AHDB).
The newly appointed deputy chair of Seafish is Jeff Halliwell, who brings his experience in customer engagement, consumer watchdog efforts and an extensive knowledge of the food and drink sectors.
