Earlier this year Trident Seafoods started distributing a relatively new product to US schools -- pre-made California sushi rolls.
The rolls, featured recently on a local newscast about students trying them at an elementary school in Tampa, Florida, were described as "the new lunchroom sensation," where 24 trays were sold to students in a matter of 15 minutes.
