It has been a rollercoaster year for the Norwegian Seafood Council's China market envoy.

From lockdowns to "chopping board-gate" to last week's research paper on chilled salmon's ability to sustain the COVID-19 virus, not a month has passed without some new turn of fate for Norwegian seafood imports.

But Victoria Braathen is unfazed.

Although it is still early days in trying to identify any long-term impacts from 2020's twists and turns, she is confident Norwegian seafood's strong momentum in the market can withstand all that has been thrown at it.
