Hooked, a Sweden-based startup food processor, is developing a line of plant-based shredded salmon items, which it aims to launch in the European market.
The company was founded in Stockholm in 2019 by Emil Wasteson and Tom Johansson.
The pair first plan to launch vegan shredded salmon and tuna, with soy protein as the main ingredient.
