Spanish seafood processor and trader Scanfisk has signed an exclusive sales agreement with land-based turbot and sole farmer Stolt Sea Farm (SSF) to supply European retail and foodservice channels, President Jordi Trias told IntraFish.
In July, Scanfisk inked a similar agreement with Vigo-based frozen tuna processor Atunlo, as it first began looking at ways to up its game in the frozen segment across Europe.
