Spain's largest retailer revamping full-service seafood departments based on consumers' 'new habits'

The retail giant, which has more than 1,600 stores in Spain, is looking to adapt its fresh-fish counters to today's consumer.

The company will still offer the fishmonger experience, but it will also offer customers pre-cut, pre-packaged fresh fish in refrigerators as well.
