Georgia-based Inland Seafood is now smoking Verlasso brand salmon under its Woodsmoke Provisions brand.
The smoked salmon subsidiary is on an upward trajectory as of late, Woodsmoke Provisions Director Eli Kirshtein told IntraFish. Woodsmoke Provisions produces between 3,000 and 4,000 pounds of smoked salmon a week out of its facility in Atlanta, Georgia, with Verlasso making up one-third of that product.
