Sanctions, export duties weigh on Russian frozen fish prices

A wide gap has opened up between the average price of Russia’s frozen fish exports and those from other countries, a leading industry body says.

In the nine months through September, the average global price of a single metric ton of frozen fish was nearly 38 percent higher than the average for Russia alone.
