Russia's seafood exports climbed nearly 20 percent in volume and more than 30 percent in value through April mainly thanks to value-added and frozen products.

Exports reached 739,400 metric tons, according to preliminary data from Russia’s federal statistics service Rosstat. This represents an increase of 19.7 percent compared with the same period a year ago.
