Plant-based seafood companies are finding new ways to elbow their way onto menus at restaurant chains large and small.

New Wave chose to focus on the foodservice side of the business because it is a space where many consumers are comfortable consuming shrimp and many chefs are working to include more plant-based foods on their menus, company co-founder and CEO Michelle Wolf told IntraFish.
