Norwegian salmon supplier Kvaroy Arctic is now selling its whole fish, fillets and frozen portions online to consumers in the United States, through New York's Fulton Fish Market.
Kvaroy Arctic is also developing a new range of salmon hot dogs and salmon burgers, which are available for sampling now, but expected to be rolled out in August.
The salmon dog will be available in four flavors: original recipe, original and cheese, jalapeno and cheese, and chili and cheese.
