Norwegian biotechnology company Hofseth BioCare (HBC) is extending its exclusive distribution agreement with Dutch-based specialty chemicals and ingredients distributor IMCD to span out into Europe.
The agreement with IMCD to distribute HBC's marine branded products was first signed in December and initially covered 16 regions, including the United States, Canada, most of South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey.
This current relationship will now be expanded to include most of Europe and is effective immediately, said HBC.
“It marks a significant step in increasing HBC's potential market opportunities,” said the company in an announcement to the stock exchange.
