Products from Novish, the plant-based seafood substitute brand founded by former top executive at Dutch shrimp giant Klaas Puul and Mowi Consumer Products, should hit UK retailers within the next few weeks.
"Launch of our breaded range of plant-based fish burgers and fingers at Ocado Retail is imminent, with many more to follow," Maiko van der Meer -- who served as CEO at Mowi Consumer Products (then Marine Harvest) for four years, CEO of Klaas Puul following that, and also as a board member at Foppen and Milarex -- told IntraFish.
