Online seafood sales are expected to account for 36 percent of total global business by 2025, according to numbers from the Norway Seafood Council.

This year online sales are expected to make up 28 percent of global sales, a doubling of business since 2015, Norway Seafood Council South America Director Oystein Valanes said during the recent 'Seafood Latin America' webinar.

Driven by the global COVID-19 pandemic forecasts are around 3-4 percent or two years ahead of where they were expected to be at this point.
