Chile salmon producers target return to Chinese market after COVID-19 scandal decimated demand

Shipments were halted a month ago because of a lack of demand following the discovery of COVID-19 on a chopping board used to cut salmon in a wholesale seafood market.

Chilean producers will be keen to get shipments to China rolling off production lines as soon as possible.
