Britain's seafood sales blow past pre-pandemic levels, and shoppers head back to chilled section

As the 'new normal' settles in, Britons are moving back toward fresh fish and seafood products at the expense of other formats -- shelf-stable in particular.

After an unnoticeable increase of 0.8 percent last year, the value of chilled seafood sales over the 52-week period to June 19, 2021, shot up by 11.2 percent.
