Australian yellowtail kingfish producer Clean Seas Seafood has now issued a second tranche of a share placement, consisting of 28,929,650 fully paid ordinary shares, giving it a new total of 158,648,059 shares. The new issue was approved at a board meeting on 21 June.

The second tranche of the placement follows the first tranche consisting of 14,930,000 shares, which was announced on May 14. On May 6, the company completed an AUD 25 million placement of new ASX listed shares.
