Over 95 percent of Russia's population would like to consume fish and seafood more often, but a third of the country's consumers refuse to buy fish because it is too expensive, according to a new study by Moscow-based NAFI Analytical Center.

The majority of Russians – 81 percent - buy fish every month, including 36 percent of consumers who buy seafood once or several times a week, and 45 percent who purchase seafood once or several times a month.
