UK conveyor belt sushi chain Yo! Sushi announced Monday it would acquire London-based sushi supplier Taiko Foods.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed but the acquisition should result in annual revenues of as much as €200 million ($244 million), City A.M.reports.
YO! Sushi restaurants, Bento and Taiko will all continue to operate as separate businesses for now, City A.M.reports.
The Taiko brand is an exclusive brand to Waitrose.
